While summer may have waved goodbye, Tom Brady is still making waves, quite literally, in the water. The retired football legend recently spent some quality time in the waters of Indian Creek, a posh 300-acre island nestled in the heart of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, Florida. Brady was seen jet boarding, pulled along by his luxurious $6 million yacht, the Tw12ve Angels.
Despite having shed 10 pounds recently, Brady, basking in the sun shirtless, demonstrated that retirement hasn’t put a damper on his fitness regime. Even though the paparazzi snaps weren’t crystal clear, his well-defined abs were unmistakably visible.
The 46-year-old father of three, who co-parents Benjamin, 13, and Vivian with Gisele Bündchen, and “Jack” Edward Thomas with his former girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan, is in the process of building a waterfront mansion in the elite, affluent, and gated community of Indian Creek Village. Interestingly, this new property is just across the waterway from a house owned by his ex-wife. According to The Real Deal, the former couple purchased the 2-acre plot almost three years ago.
The new mansion will feature a standalone gym, an outdoor kitchen, a study, a waterfront pool, and a spa. Both the primary and guest suites will boast their own terraces. Being a nature enthusiast, Brady has ensured the inclusion of gardens and a tree-lined driveway. Additionally, the property will house a motor court with a multi-car garage.
Brady isn’t the only one basking in the Florida sun. In September, it was reported that Bündchen acquired a massive ranch in the state, costing a whopping $9.1 million. The expansive property is replete with amenities to keep her and her children entertained, including a full-size football (soccer) pitch, which Benjamin is likely to enjoy, and equestrian rings, catering to Bündchen and Vivian’s love for horses.
